At ONA Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we offer returns on brewing equipment and accessories within 30 days of purchase.

Verification
Our team will review your request to ensure the items are in their original packaging and, for equipment, in unused condition.
Return Shipment
Once approved, securely package your items and send them to our Canberra roastery using a tracked shipping service.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
